I had a wonderful day yesterday! I got to spend 6 straight hours doing what I love best (OK, second best, first is riding!): cooking for WD and my Dad, brother and son.
We had smoked turkey, smoked beef; cranberry-pecan dressing, giblet gravy, hunter sauce for the beef, fruited sweet potatoes, succotash, creamed peas, rolls, cheesecake,
date-walnut pumpkin pie, and pecan pie. I always cook too much but my guys made a heck of a dent in the chow. We were all groaning.
Best of all, I didn't have to work last night, don't have to work tonight, tomorrow or Sunday - 4 days off!!! Think we'll hit the road tomorrow
and ride somewhere although it has turned chilly here.
Hope yours was as wonderful as mine!
